DMCA Copyright Policy
At Finance Warm, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Finance Warm website (the “Service”).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated Copyright Agent at contact@financewarn.com.
Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: Provide the specific URL or location on our website where the material you claim is infringing is located.
- Contact Information: Include your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Finance Warm may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Finance Warm has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
